We purchased our first rental property in 2008. Since that time, we have increased the rental offerings in our portfolio and built a reputation for quality in the Monterey, Salinas and King City area. Our rentals are a little different than most you will find here. Because we own each property, we take special pride in the way they are maintained. We are serious about keeping our properties clean, safe and in good working order. Each property is regularly inspected and repaired as necessary.
